Shipping policy

Please note: Affected by COVID-19, the time required for the packaging, and shipping of your order maybe longer than normal.

Processing time can take 3-5 business days and delivery takes 4-7 business days. Weekends are not included in business days.

Some of our products are pre-order items. Please refer to their description because the processing and delivery time will be mentioned there.  Make sure to read the description of the product before buying.

Customers will be receiving an email when they place an order and also when processing it's done. The second email will provide the tracking number. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Ljb’ Apparel you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If our store receives surplus orders on one (or more)  items leading the store to be out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the items of your order that are in stock, and issue you store credit for the item(s) that aren't in stock.
